A Budget of Trust 2013

I was asked by a non-christian friend; If one day you die and on that very day your spirit travel to another place... Not Heaven, not Hell but some other place with no God, no Jesus Christ. What will you do? Will you feel despair? I replied, "SO be it!" I trust in my God my Lord with all my Heart, all my soul... This is because while I'm living I can feel His presence and His blessings. All that, is worth it because I trust my God, Lord Jesus Christ!

Who do you TRUST?

The new Budget will continue the push into restructuring the economy to make it more dynamic and to help Singaporeans cope with rising living costs. The government is investing in healthcare and education, while rolling out more goodies to get firms to be more productive, even as it tightens foreign hires. Taxes will be raised for luxury vehicles and high-end properties.

The Singapore 6.9 million population white paper is about economic survival of this Nation, planning ahead into the future. To calm business community here, the Budget 2013 makes extra effort to help business innovation and survival. Same goes for faith and belief, a person need to Trust God to continue their following. The Singapore government need to let voters feel loved and taken care off - they must be real in order to win back citizens' trust or strengthen that trust.

Sometimes when I want to start a fire for barbecue, the wind puts it out. But when I try to keep the fire burning, wind keeps it going. So in the first situation, I label wind "BAD" because it spoils my plans; in the other, I label it "GOOD" because it helps me accomplish what I want to get done.

We judge things by the way they affect us.

To accomplish God's purpose, we are to respect all people, love other believers, fear God and honor those who rule over us - even when something doesn't seem good to us. "Honor all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king." 1 Peter 2:17

Day by day with each passing moment,
Strength I find to meet my trials here.
Trusting in my Father's wise bestowment,
I have no cause for worry or fear.

Enter the Kingdom of Heaven: Welcome

Some say that isn't it unfair for a murderer, a rapist to enter the Kingdom of Heaven! I have served the Lord all these years and now this guy, just asked for God's forgiveness and he too can enter Heaven... This is So Unfair!

But God said,"My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways" Isaiah 55:8 It is God's plan and His Grace! You and I have no right to question God.

“For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire men to work in his vineyard. He agreed to pay them a denarius for the day and sent them into his vineyard. “About the third hour he went out and saw others standing in the marketplace doing nothing. He told them, ‘You also go and work in my vineyard, and I will pay you whatever is right.’ So they went. “He went out again about the sixth hour and the ninth hour and did the same thing. About the eleventh hour he went out and found still others standing around. He asked them, ‘Why have you been standing here all day long doing nothing?’”
‘Because no one has hired us,’ they answered.
“He said to them, ‘You also go and work in my vineyard.’

“When evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his foreman, ‘Call the workers and pay them their wages, beginning with the last ones hired and going on to the first.’

“The workers who were hired about the eleventh hour came and each received a denarius. So when those came who were hired first, they expected to receive more. But each one of them also received a denarius. When they received it, they began to grumble against the landowner. ‘These men who were hired last worked only one hour,’ they said, ‘and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden of the work and the heat of the day.’

“But he answered one of them, ‘Friend, I am not being unfair to you. Didn’t you agree to work for a denarius? Take your pay and go. I want to give the man who was hired last the same as I gave you. Don’t I have the right to do what I want with my own money? Or are you envious because I am generous?’

“So the last will be first, and the first will be last.”
(Matt.20: 1-16)

Three Principles

First, no matter when in your life you decide to join His Kingdom, you are entitled to all the rights and benefits pertaining thereto the moment you do. (Ephe 1:13-14) The last ones hired got the same pay as the first.

Second, you have to sign up before the end of the day. (Hebr. 4:7) No one was hired after the end of the day and as I said, the day represents our lifetime.

Third, if you think you deserve more in the Kingdom because you worked longer or harder or lived a better life than someone else, then you’ve forgotten how you got in. You weren’t saved because of your merit or worthiness, but because of His mercy and grace. Thinking He owes you something extra is a sin that if left unconfessed won’t get you thrown out, (remember every worker is a believer) but it could put a strain on your relationship with the Lord during your life and will certainly diminish your joy at having been accepted into the Kingdom.

I read this article, http://sg.news.yahoo.com/your-view--be-thankful-for-what-we-have--040847741.html

Be thankful for what we have.

A nation is build on solid ground, level by level, brick by brick. People from all walks of life have contributed to this tiny red dot. As long as they have a genuine heart who will do their part to up keep this nation we will welcome them; Just like entering into the Kingdom of Heaven.

Singaporeans are very bless and fortunate. Another article by Guardian, http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2013/feb/15/singapore-crisis-immigration-financial-crisis. Many Singaporeans are not poor but seeing their dream fails to come true, makes them unhappy.

The Singapore government must address the problem of Foreigners or New entrees who are abusing the system, "transient state where people from all over come, make their fortunes and leave". Allow only those who are truth to their heart and really love Singapore, not just a stepping stone. It is a Wise government's duty!

What make us Singaporeans? Are we the Landlord who must make others pay for their rent, membership fee?

Be kind and generous, be contented and share what we can! God knows his or her heart...

Like the Problem gambling advertisement by NCPG, the man said I am lucky... I am really blessed. To have a family and a wife who never give up on me! Lets have a bigger Heart.

Singapore just had a historical event in Hong Lim Park 16 Feb 2013, Protest against population white paper of 6.9 million.

Singapore for Singaporeans, Heaven is for all who believes and it always remain Open.

Getting the facts right; Biblically

The possible repeal of 377A has gotten into a heated debate over the years. Christian leaders have gathered to discuss this issue and decided to stand together to provide Warnings of removing such an act. Yes, its religious teachings and state law should remain secular, moreover on moral standings. But the state law has never been far from religious law.

Is Singapore ready to allow Homosexuality as an alternative lifestyle? Is Homosexuality a Western idea? No it happen in ancient times, even written in the bible... Genesis 19 (City: Sex with man)

If not why the hurry to repeal 377A?
1 Corinthians 6:9 Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders.

Just because Law and religious belief should be separated, we must remove it to allow "Freedom"? Lets move on with time some people might say, Pre-marital sex, Public display of affection, Rock & Roll... So are we prepare to allow murder if a person is born with such blood inclination?

Is HDB going to allow a gay couple purchase of new HDB flat or is ROM going to allow same sex marriage?

Personally I believe in due Time Singapore will have no choice but to allow such an alternative lifestyle but not without a fight!

All human beings are created in the image of God Genesis 1:26. Male and Female, with female as the companion (helper) to the male. The union of a man and woman - marriage is for procreation, bring new life onto the world.

The question to ask is not when the day or will 377A be removed but how our children is going to choose on such alternative lifestyle and make in a NORM.

Let us spend time together with our love ones because relationship needs building up!

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Roman 12:21

To those who said," That's what I'm feeling!" Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you are bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.
